Some options in --help are missing on man page #9

Options: -a, --not-affected -b, --auto-bug -j, --auto-bug-template

Are shown in help, but their explanation is missing on the man page.

We're also going to need a manpage for the config file. :)

Just checked and they are now on the man page so I'm closing this. Will open a new issue for the man page of the config file just for tracking purposes.
