gitlab-runner is an efficient and popular CI tool that can replace Jenkins in some cases. Having gitlab-runner package for Clear Linux would help it round out its toolset for software development in the cloud, particularly in CI/CD.

It's implemented in golang, so, should be easy to deploy outside of clearlinux. I'll put this on the golang apps wishlist though.

@ahkok already did a fix on the issue commented on the forum.
