clr-boot-manager should have an option to switch kernel "family" #179

We should add a feature to clr-boot-manager to switch the kernel family, so that you can easily switch between native to kvm to lts to ...

# clr-boot-manager set-kernel lts
set-kernel takes a kernel ID of the form org.clearlinux.TYPE.VERSION-RELEASE

As of version 3.2.0
