Graphviz #1925

Please update the Graphviz package and compile it with triangulation support. Currently, sfdp runs with an error message "Error: remove_overlap: Graphviz not built with triangulation library"

libgts - their last release is from 2006. This makes it fall outside of our acceptable package inclusion guidelines.

I have updated graphviz to 2.44.0, but without adding the libgts dependency. The package update should be available by Monday or Tuesday.
