QAT Support #2344

Hi, is it possible to add intel QAT support to kernel . It seems that Intel's Clear Linux didn't support to Intel QAT sure it can't be ( May be we didn't find to correct document how we could do it). Kata container is also support it with compile new kernel.

Note: We are trying to use openssl with QAT acceleration card (INTEL® C628 CHIPSET) with below configuration qat1.7.l.4.12.0-00011 QAT_Engine 0.6.5 openssl 1.1.1k Clear Linux 34500

Last time I checked most kernels had the upstream drivers built-in. It is enough to run Kata containers with the out-of-tree drivers on Kata rootfs to run QAT Engine in a container.

QAT Engine requires the out-of-tree driver which will not be in clear.
