nginx-mainline-extras out of sync with nginx-mainline #2472

nginx-mainline fails to start due to modules in nginx-mainline-extras being out of date:

[emerg] 266781#266781: module "/usr/lib64/nginx-mainline/ngx_http_fancyindex_module.so" version 1021003 instead of 1021004 in /etc/nginx-mainline/nginx.conf:2

I fixed this manually for now but this is a breakdown in our automation that I need to go fix; in theory these are supposed to go together... will investigate how to fix this
