DSL/PPPoE support #328

I can't use my PPPoE connection, because of missing NetworkManager ppp plugin journalctl tells me this is missing /usr/lib64/NetworkManager/1.14.4/libnm-ppp-plugin.so

Describe the solution you'd like Build NetworkManager with ppp support

WIP, will update when we have some progress.

Any update about this? Now NetworkManager says it can not find "pppd" binary.

Any update please? As I mentioned in February that NM can't find "pppd" binary.
