Enable OpenCL in Mesa (Clover) #492

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 7750) cannot be used for OpenCL tasks.

Describe the solution you'd like Change the build configuration of Mesa to enable Clover (as icd).

Describe alternatives you've considered I can use my Intel iGPU and Beignet but I would prefer to be able to use my discrete graphics card.

Additional context Clover has seen some recent commits, so it isn't a dead project (yet). I also suggested the icd configuration option so it can be used with the ocl-icd package (already in Clear).
