Remove VeriSign copyright from "attribution" field #398

The digital signature's copyright - "(c) 2008 VeriSign, Inc." - is being erroneously included in the "Attribution" field.

Example - https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/nuget/nuget/-/Markdig.Signed/0.16.0

That copyright is not applicable to the package and should not be included in the package's "Attribution" field.

I was able to reproduce this locally by running a harvest of nuget/nuget/-/Markdig.Signed/0.16.0.
