disables snap layout preview on minimize to match native windows, adds window restore icon #17

Like in the title, disables displaying snap layout preview when hovering over the minimize icon to match how native buttons behave in apps like vscode or microsoft edge

also adds a window restore icon for when the window is maximized, like in the image image
