Is It possible to deploy Ion on PoW Ethereum chain? I find the Ion is for Rinkeby(PoA) currently. #176

Ion is deployed on the Rinkeby(Poa) successfully. However, I want to build an Ethereum private chain with PoW. How can I deploy Ion on my private chain?

And is it possible to deploy on Quorum chain(Raft consensus algorithm)？
