The Möbius code is distributed under the LGPL 3 license (or
later versions).
However, Möbius currently incorporates code from Jordi Baylina's
ecsol library which is distributed under the GPL version 3.
Therefore, the combined Möbius code is GPL version 3. The ecsol
code will be dropped when we move to the alt_bn128 curve.
