Added initial manipulation entries for Kinova manipulators:

Gen3 Lite: kinova_gen3_lite
Gen3 6DoF: kinova_gen3_6dof
Gen3 7DoF: kinova_gen3_7dof
2 Finger Lite: kinova_2f_lite

Also added Robotiq grippers:

Robotiq 2F 85: robotiq_2f_85
Robotiq 2F 140: robotiq_2f_140

Not yet implemented:

passing MoveIt! parameters through config to overwrite inputs to move_group
choosing which host will run the MoveIt! move_group node
