Can we change the deploy script to use IP addresses? #63

This would enable us to deploy the bot before the new client has added their A records to DNS.

At the moment we can't deploy the microblogging bot until the client has added an A record which is slowing down the setup process.

Sure, just use IP(s) in the "env.hosts" setting.
