I was watching Chelney's stream and he was complaining the bonus question setting didn't seem to work. I looked at the single big monolithic file and it was quite difficult to navigate, so I went ahead and split it up into smaller chunks.
Inline changes are minimal to keeping it working, otherwise there is almost no refactoring.
