I do on all operating system What you need to do is to find a "debouncer" Or "de-chattering" software tweak On most distros you can just set the delay for which keys get ignored after any keypress (that's local btw) You can usually find it under "filter keys" in the settings Or through command line by setting your driver's values yourself :)
thanks for the pointer! I was having that problem too. It may have also gotten better after I updated the keyboard firmware but this should make it adjustable and is a great solution.
Actually it is adjustable more easily on Linux than Windows. I set my delay to around 45 ms. Haven't noticed any chatter yet, but it will depend on how bad the keyboard is... I've hear people needing as much as 200ms, which makes it annoying to type words with 2 identical "folowing leters" Glad I could help!
This was a bug in the keyboard firmware. It's been fixed by Gigabyte but you'll need their Windows-only updater to flash it.
Anyone else having this issue come up? I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
