ASIO4ALL aggregated devices crash the server #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With ASIO4ALL installed on a Windows machine, using an aggregate device 
(input and output) crashes the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This should be possible with portaudio, another project (SuperCollider) I am 
involved in uses portaudio on Windows and works well with ASIO4ALL. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pyo 0.03, python 2.6.5, Windows 7, ASIO4ALL

Please provide any additional information below.

Fixed in svn. Will be in version 0.04.
