Adding MIT License #12

Asked by @KimberlyMunoz (per #11), we've decided to go with the MIT license for the front-end style-guide.

Since this repository is a document, shall we use License like Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International?

This is a good point @JuanitoFatas. I think that going forward (given that @nrrrdcore also agrees) that using CC-BY-SA 4 would make sense for the human-friendly version of the style-guide and (future) configuration associated with the style-guide would go under the MIT license.
