The Problem

With the lack of a CONTRIBUTING.md, there lacks the ability for designers, designers, & other stakeholders being able to add, edit, & remove from this front-end styleguide—along with the unknown expectations on how these things will be scrutinized before

Side-effects of this being unresolved

Things can be added & removed in certain sections of the styleguide that can be troublesome to maintain or audit on whether they conform with certainty existing tone the styleguide is read.

Recommended steps to fix it

• [ ] Rules on tone & etc
• [ ] Info of the tools that'll be linting their contributions
