Update for TB91 #51

This PR updates the WindowListener API to the latest version available from upstream. The local modifications for tab monitoring have been moved into messengerOL.js, to reduce maintenance efforts. Removed a couple of unused files.

This merge will make master the most recent version, so maybe create a dedicated branch based of the current master before merging to keep the v2 version around.

Or maybe instead of merging, let me create a new branch for TB91.
