Can only create one set of Local Folders which honors the source folder directory #73

Thunderbird:115.4.3 (64-bit) Local Folders: 4.0.0

Not sure what im doing wrong! But I have 6 Email accounts and I want to have a Local Folder for each to archive to. Local Folders addon seems ideal.

The first one I created worked fine in that the Archive folder contained each year and within each year the directory hierarchy was honored.

When I try to create another Local Folder, for any account, I get each year created in the Archive folder but no directory structure below that! Just all the emails in the one folder.

Any one have any ideas? I think im creating each Local Folder in the same way.

Meant to add using Win 11.

@mickt34 I am not sure if I can really answer. I the folders are created and you can manually add messages,then Local Folders has done its job and is no longer in the picture. I am in the middle of some things right now, but when I get a chance I could try to reproduce

One experiment you could try is to try and assign your first account to t the first LF you made. @cleidigh
