Publish 1.0.6 version to NPM #38

The 1.0.5 version of JsMockito in NPM still doesn't have the 46a3052eb9465a8 fix from two years ago, so that you get obfuscated error messages when you use JsMockito with test frameworks like Mocha.

Any chance you could publish a new up-to-date version?
