The new ADMX template is missing the clientExtension definition #111

wpkg-gp does not run at startup when using the new ADMX template on a GPO which 
does *not* include the old ADM template as well (client extension is not found 
and not called as per userenv logs)

The reason is that the ADMX template is missing the clientExtension 
declaration. Fix is really simple, just add the definition on the "Enable WPKG" 
policy (as the ADM template does).

Check attached file with the modification.
