Current implementation of progress indicator gives poor performance #74

Since the the threading queue is pulled every 1 sec in the current 
implementation, you get a minimum 1sec delay for each package. (See 
http://code.google.com/p/wpkg-gp/source/browse/trunk/src/WpkgExecuter.py#117)
