add CHANGELOG #44

need doc that explains what changed from one version to the next

My attempt at reconstruction:

0.9 -- initial version 1.0 -- small fixes to games and scoring rules 1.5 -- new instances for all games 1.6 -- small fixes to games and scoring rules

Comments?

(From here on, CHANGELOG should list exact changes for each game.)

I've started a file with some ideas on formatting / what info should go there. @sherzod-hakimov , and all, could you have a look and add things that you remember? I don't think I even got the dates right, so it would be good if someone could double check.
