Add output dir to json2svg #24

This gives use the option to have an intermediate dir for the json files not cluttering the final svg files tree.

bin/oop2json src/ /tmp
bin/json2svg /tmp /path-to-svg-display-pipeline

This is not useful. It's the svg we are interested in finally.

So won't fix.
