We often encounter errors in the demultiplexing step that are due to inconsistencies or errors in sequencing runs, or the way we're processing them. We need to know this information as soon as possible.

When a run is uploaded, perform checks on it that will be deposited as text into the run's minerva directory. This should include info on N base pairs, matching between the files, and anything else we can think of.
