issue with how summary for study adamcantor22_Nasal_Swabs_Microbiome_S_0 was generated #446

Describe the bug there's an error with this summary that seems related to how metadata categories are being mapped to colors and how the summary is generated overall

To Reproduce in folder: /sc/arion/projects/MMEDS/mmeds_server_data/studies/adamcantor22_Nasal_Swabs_Microbiome_S_0/Qiime2_0/summary run: source activate /hpc/users/mmedsadmin/.admin_modules/jupyter and then: jupyter nbconvert --to latex --template mod_revtex.tplx adamcantor22@gmail.com-adamcantor22-qiime2.ipynb --execute --ExecutePreprocessor.timeout=-1 --ExecutePreprocessor.kernel_name="jupyter"

Expected behavior summary runs without error
