Same problem with another stream. It bugs me because it messes with my lastfm library

Well, maybe it's mainly radio stations' problem, because they don't have unified odrder of showing info. Maybe make the way artist/song are implemented changable in prefernces?

Amarok and VLC display title/artist in correct way, at least for station i am listening(radioultra.ru) while clementine in unversed. Is there any player which behaves like clementine?
From sudhar86 on May 25, 2011 05:38:31
same issue is seen with stations from 977music.com example: http://icecast2.977music.com/80s
From sudhar86 on May 25, 2011 05:45:03
with the change artist/title the lyrics and the artist info are not displayed correctly. radio stations do not any standard order for title/artist info. But i believe clementine should be able to detect the title/artist info from the radio stream so that the other info (lyrics, artist info) can be displayed properly. clementine is a great initiative. let not these minor issues hamper the program. its a bit silly when these two attributes are interchanged.

That's not really a fix as it breaks other streams.
For now, if you have a stream that is broken, you can add "#icecast" to the end of the url and it should swap the metadata.

Anyway, it doesn't work very well. It shows "Static - X - Dirthouse" like "Static" as an artist and "X - Dirthouse" as a track title.

Clementine does not show artist and title for the Rockantenne Stream (Win 7 64Bit and Kubuntu 64Bit). Winamp shows the correct artist and title. http://www.rockantenne.de/webradio/rockantenne.m3u Thanks for Clementine it is a very good music player. I have always been looking for an alternative since the guys from amarok decided to release this ugly amarok 2.x thing.

Amarok does display right info for this stream http://cp.internet-radio.org.uk:15114/ while clementine as said in issue displays inverted information not so desirable.

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Add internet stream in Clementine
