What amarok, gtkpod and others do is to consider files with .m4b extension to be audiobooks and transfer them accordingly. If I do the same thing in clementine, it gets copied as music, which is annoying.
This is the only remaining issue that prevents me from switching to clementine completely and ditch gtkpod :)

In Amarok 1.4 all mp3-files tagged as "audiobook" are automatically handled as audiobooks when copied on my ipod nano 3G.
So on the ipod these files are in the separated "audiobook"-folder and not normal music and also it is marked in the audibook files when i stop listening and i can resume listening at the "stop-point" when I just remember the track i stopped listening.
Afaik no other player (under linux) has/had this feature and i would love to see this in clementine!
