- I don't know if I understood you correctly so I'll tell you my understanding of this and you'll say if it's valid. I'll use an example LIKE YOU SHOULD HAVE.
You have /media/mp3 folder in the library. Somewhere inside it, let's say /media/mp3/best/love/, is an album GreatestHits. It can be found under /media/mp3/best/love/GreatestHits. You'd like Clementine to let you choose /media/mp3/best/love/GreatestHits and not only /media/mp3 from the locations list when you try to organize this album.
Do you really need to mix different issues together? But ok, let's leave those two together.

I would like to see a few options when i use "organise files"
to set the save path to working directory (the folder where these files are allready in)
Look at the screen shots an you will know what i am talking about http://img717.imageshack.us/i/screen1wq.png/ Under the Destination on the first picture - it offers only paths that are added to the library (pict 2) http://img823.imageshack.us/i/screenshot2nu.png/ Lets say that the flies that i am trying to organize are in : /music/Band name/album/
I want that path to be offered in Destination also(Picture 1) , not just those 2 that you can see on picture 2
2.When the files are reorganised and moved to a new location, it would bi nice if album art would be moved to a new location too...
Example: Original path /music/abc/
Folder abc contains the music (.mp3) and album art (.jpg)
So when i reorganise music and it gets moved to /music/new folder/ that the .jpg files are moved to that location also with the .mp3 files.
