Restrict and Exclude files. #1935

I think this feature is fairly strait forward it just allows you to exclude in restrict your library to specific file types so I do not have the music videos I have mixed in my library showing up. So lets say I wanted to exclude mkv files I could just add .mkv and all mkv files would not be in my library. Also lets say I only want to restrict my library to flac files in the restrict I could add .flac. Here is an example from foobar2000. http://img821.imageshack.us/img821/9987/20110529104646.png
