Yes, as long it can be turned on/off, or have a check box that allows to "Add X% of fuzzyness".

That is, because sometimes you want to create a playlist that shows you exactly what you want (and trully what you want) and nothing else. I remember that "dynamic" playlist where a pain in Amarok2 because they all where fuzzy without a chance to turn them off.
