Please add audio visualizations feature from amarok1 that misses in clementine. ProjectM support would be awesome.

some kind of visualizations would be great, I second that suggestion.

I yesturday used Clementine on our party and it would be great if I have had visualizations. It would be great if you could have the visualisations window independent. Rhytmbox does allow this, so you can view the visualisation on one monitor and arrange the music on the other.

While developers are busy integrating visualization plugins (goom, goom2k1, libvisual...) you could try to run external "visualizer" for the audio played via PULSE interface. Have a look at this instructions: http://www.vidarholen.net/contents/blog/?p=6 Or try projectM: http://projectm.sourceforge.net/

ProjectM visualisations are now available in trunk! I didn't bother using libvisual, it seems to have far fewer visualisations than projectM.

Status: Fixed

Actually yes, since yesterday :) http://clementine.davidsansome.com/builds/ubuntu-lucid/ I haven't tested them - but they should work

Great! :) However trying to install clementine_r1071_amd64.deb over previously installed Clementine 0.3 complains that "A later version is already installed". (because the recent PPA build has a version of "0.3-0ubuntu1~riccetn2+lucid") So you might want to bump the version number of those automatic builds to something like "0.4-alpha"

Good idea, I've changed it to 0.3.90, and also put the revision number in the about dialog.
