Can not play music with KOI8-R encoding in a path

I just need to try to launch any music file with KOI8-R encoding in a path and Clementine just skips this composition.

This is what I can see in console after double click on music composition:

I use: Clementine 0.7.1 Debian Sid KDE 4.6.5 Linux kernel 3.0.0-2-686-pae

But i have had this issue always on Clementine.

But in the file name and in the title of the program the encoding is correct.
