What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Go to the 'Files' view.
  2. Drag-n-drop to playlist some folder with one .flac file and corresponded .cue file.

What is the expected output? There are not duplicated items in the playlist, there is one entry for each track.

What do you see instead? Each track is duplicated two times in the playlist. See screenshot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Clementine 0.7.1 from the Ubuntu 11.10 x86_64 default repo.

I also get this issue on Windows. However, I drag/drop a single flac file where there is no cue file, and it adds a duplicate to the playlist. This issue has only started recently. The only changes I have made recently, is adding a second directory to my library. I have tried restarting.

Ok well based upon what I read on another thread, https://github.com/clementine-player/clementine/issues/1785 - it's doing this because of 2 locations added to the media library. I just confirmed this, by removing one media library folder, so I have only one now, and when I drag/drop an item, it only shows one. There is your clue!
