Show short date string in the "Last played" column #3288

The date in the "Last played" column is shown as localized (independend of the language setting in clementine) long string (e.g. "Donnerstag, 13. Oktober 2011", de_DE), which is in most cases obviously too long.

It would be nice, if the date is instead displayed as short date string ("Do, 13. Okt. 2011")

Have 2 options, and show them dynamicly.

Use references to them, to avoid scale effects in memory.
