Microsoft Visual C++ error #3361

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. OS -> Windows 8 pro 64 bit (LEGAL).

  1. I have installed new updates of MS Visual C++ 2010
  2. I am trying to run program and I am getting error.

I've been having the same issues for months (posted in a couple of other bugthreads). Across three installs of Windows 7 (32 bit, and two fresh 64bit installs). 1.0, 1.1, and 1.1.1, also (currently on 1.1.1)
