Add support for streamripper #3387

It would be nice to have streamripper support while listening to streams. e.g. ripping streams by right clicking on the stream in the playlist and choosing "rip stream to disk..."

Many of the internet services we include in Clementine disallow stream ripping. Even for the ones that don't explicitly disallow it, I think it would be a bit unethical for us to add this feature.
