Buttons 'Love' and 'Ban' should be separate in settings. #3917

They should be separated in Clementine settings (so i should be able to on/off each of them separatively). In example, i can't use Last.fm Radio in my country, so button 'Bun' is useless for me.

Indeed, "Love" feature works for people scrobbling tracks to Last.fm, even if they don't use Last.fm radio. So I'm re-opening the issue. Might be a good idea to separate if one (Love) is always available but the other one (Ban) can be used only with Last.fm radio. I don't use Last.fm a lot, so I don't know if "Ban" can be used under other circumstances.
