Keyboard "Hot Keys" don't work as Shortcuts on Windows 7 #4237

I've got A4Tech KL-5 keyboard, which has 7 "Hot Keys" (image: http://www.a4tech.com/images/products/Accessary/KL-5-2b.gif). Here is a link to info page about my keyboard: http://www.a4tech.com/product.asp?cid=1&scid=1&id=425

So the problem is that I can bind them in "Preferences - Configure Shortcuts", but they don't work. But they work in other audio players like AIMP / etc.

Don't worry, they don't work on linux either - at least for me.
