Transcoding AAC to MP3 fails on Win7 #4647

Using version 1.2.3-880-gb5567a7. I've added aac file into playlist, then pressed "Add file to transcode" on the right mouse click, selected MP3 as output audio format. After "Start transcoding" i've got following log output:

Same on OSX 10.9.5 as of version 1.2.3-1170-g29aaff1 FLAC to MP3

My issue is older, so it is #5231 duplicate of #4647

Issue is reproduceable in 1.4.0rc1-167-gb0c92ae78
