Add New Podcast subscription - problems with folders and files creation with Chinese characters #5540

Hi

My system is Windows 10 64bit with Clementine Portable 1.3.1 (https://builds.clementine-player.org/win32/portable/Clementine-PortableSetup-1.3.1.exe)

When a new podcast subscription is added and if the podcast provider use Chinese characters as the podcast title, Clementine will not create a new folder for the new subscription and only download all episodes into the base folder for podcast.

Podcast subscription example: 神州理財小百科 http://podcast.rthk.hk/podcast/radio1_china_finance_feature.xml

Also, Clementine will drop all Chinese characters when it create new file for each episode to download. So '2016-11-18-雙11網購與商機.mp3' will become '2016-11-18-11.mp3'.

You mean Chinese or any UTF-8 / UTF-16?

@tweetuser As Windows builds are working again please consider checking problem against https://builds.clementine-player.org/windows/ and update issue. Thanks in advance.
