Add support for video game music-related formats #5866

Somewhat related to #2284, I suppose. Formats like NSF, SPC and GBS are already supported by numerous players, including Rhythmbox, Qmmp and even Rockbox.

SPC has been added it seems from the pull request merged.. Any chance of NSF? :) Good job guys!

Hello there! Didn't notice SPC worked already, nice!

And what about VGM and VGZ? At least in my collection of video game music, that is the most dominating format. I have to Audacious to play those, which is confusing, since I normally use Clementine. The library game-music-emu can't be used for this? The package is called libgme on arch. If that lib can't be used, is there another solution to make it work in Clementine?

@Eoin-ONeill-Yokai think you could make those patches on Strawberry Fork of Clementine as well? :)
