Desktop notification feature request #6052

There should be an option for having the desktop notification show after resuming playback from a paused state. Maybe you went to the grocery store after having paused a song after the first few seconds, and it didn't make much of an impression on you, since you only heard a few seconds, but when you get back with your foodstuffs, you push play on your keyboard with one hand while your other holds the grocery bag, because a silent apartment makes you think of death. Then, while you're putting away your groceries, you notice that the song that's playing is awesome and is your new favorite song. Sure, you could just stop putting away your stuff and click on the tray icon to check, but maybe your hands are dirty from touching raw beef packages. I'd like to have seen the name of the resumed song when I pushed the keyboard button, rather than having to research the identity of my new favorite song after the fact.

Good one, didn't notice this until now! Funny how on Ubuntu 18.04 one gets the general notification "Clementine paused", but nothing on resume.
