Stuttering Playback On Windows 10

System information

Model: Dell Inspiron 3521 CPU: Intel Pentium 2127u RAM: 4GB

Please provide information about your system and the version of Clementine used.

• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 21H2
• Clementine version: 1.3.1

Expected behaviour / actual behaviour

Expected: To play music smoothly, and not stutter when I switch to a different window. Actual: Stutters when I do a CPU heavy task, i.e. loading a webpage in FireFox.

Steps to reproduce the problem (only for bugs)

1. Play music.
2. Open CPU-heavy program.

This issue seems to have been mentioned already, but this issue doesn't seem to have been addressed properly.

When I encounter this issue, going into Task Manager and upping the priority on clementine.exe by a notch seems to eliminate the stuttering. This seems to imply that upping the priority by default and/or giving the user some control over the priority would be a good feature.
