App Closing after safely ejecting USB Device

Please provide information about your system and the version of Clementine used.

• Operating System

• Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1

• M1 Mac Mini

• Clementine version: 1.3.1

Expected behaviour / actual behaviour

Application should remain operable and show device as disconncted. Application closes unexpectedly when USB device is disconnected using context menu from device page.

Steps to reproduce the problem (only for bugs)

1. On Device page, viewing connected device with playlist active. Not playing any songs.
2. Right click device and select 'Safely remove device' from context menu
3. Application shows device disconnected then crashes.
