Windows installer throws NSIS Error "Error launching installer" under the folder contains non-ASCII character

Expected behaviour / actual behaviour

Install without following error. NSIS Error "Error launching installer"

Steps to reproduce the problem (only for bugs)

Create a folder contains non-ASCII character (e.g. 클레멘타인) Download windows installer from https://www.clementine-player.org/ (and builds.clementine-player.org)
Run installer
