so far the only sounds that are broken (aka revert back to vanilla) are:
ghost girl ambience
eyeless dog roar alert
player ship thruster startup
facility ambience
facility fan room (rare chances of it reverting back to vanilla, but it fixes itself)
if you are wondering, the sounds are the same bitrate, ogg format, and have the same file name. idk if this is from the mod itself or its a issue on my end.
