Change default build option from Flash to Neko #155

I personally use neko first and most often when writing Haxe code. It is a small hassle to have to change the build setting every time Sublme Text opens or changes projects.

Well I can't really change it for all users, since most of them will likely have different tastes... I would much welcome a PR that would add a setting for that, though.

I would love a setting to change the default, too complex for me to code though right now. I'll just keep my forked repo the way I like it for now :)

I think I'll take care of that some day, as more and more people ask for it ;)
